    Hard to get used to, but isn't the cap like 140+million? Making 1mil < 1%.

    I've never heard of this person. But apparently he's been in the league since 2010 and has bounced back and forth between WR and DB. Presumably this is what Gettleman was hinting at when he talked about finding pure special teamers.
