James was a decent pick. Versatility, leadership, and the Jets need what again? Not terribly much. Probably the best young homegrown talent in the league. Corner's bad value and they're looking to drop age frmo teh LBs.

I had Boss Bailey as the top OLB and James ranked 7th. OLB is pretty thin this year, IMO.

yeah, it's hard. Both him and the Stanford boy have the demeanor and the talent to knock some heads. And if we'd taken care of WR like we were supposed to, maybe we could.

McFly, it's hard to say what'll happen to Bailey. He fits in just so many situations, and might fall thanks to the knee. I had James as the third OLB but Bailey at that pick doesn't click to me.

Do you guys think Boss Bailey will slip to the 2nd round? If we lose Navies he would be perfect for our team.

Bailey's knee is no doubt a concern for many and I don't see him there either. HE's more likely to go somewhere with a solid group where he can be a situational player. I will say James is on the rise, btu he'll need a real good combine to get into the 1st round.

Ah, just my opinion...no big whup. James is a decent pick as a developmental player. He's solid and has better upside than most OLB's in the draft, but that doesn't say much consider those available.

With Witherspoon playing so well as a rook, I really don't think Navies is gonna be starting next year...he's good backup material though, and we definitely need depth at LB. We can probably get solid backup guys in day 2 at that position if we need to let Navies go.
