I picked up 5 lbs. over the holidays and I haven't been able to lose it yet. I was pretty stupid.

Tell me something HB, how much more fun is it to go buy clothes when you can find ones that fit right off the rack?

To find clothes, period, without having to resort to ordering from somewhere like KingSize.com, is freaking awesome. I'm still surprised sometimes when I pull something off the rack in my new sizes and they actually fit. It's weird, but very cool.

I can remember that feeling, it has been a while, but I still remember it.

It's cool I saw you guys are doing this. I am just getting started.
    Week 1 weigh in 240
    Week 2 weigh in 235

I've just started the diet part, haven't cranked up the exercising yet. Going to start that part this week.

Good job, man. That's how I lost my weight -- a few pounds a week. The key is being consistent, because over time that 2 or 3 pounds a week adds up in a hurry.

Apparently I wasn't finished being stupid because I picked up another 2 pounds to bring me up to 192. It freaked me out a little, because I haven't weighed that much in about 6 months, and it was way too easy to get back there. :yikes:

So I asked for my wife's help to keep me on track again, and I've lost 2 of those seven pounds I added over the holidays.

    1/8 - 190 lbs.
