I'm getting back into it too. Better now than in a month.

I will play. My scales at home are not very accurate and usually weigh me too light. They have a good scale at the gym though and I am about 250. Ideal is probably about 165.

My goal is 230 by February 29th. I have not made much progress yet but once the holidays are over I am going to hit it harder.

I am not sure how my internet persona projects as far as my weight but in reality I am a fat ass. I am working on it though. If I can shake this awful cold I have I am going to get back in the gym.

If 165 is ideal how tall are you, 5'8? If so 250 is severely obese and you should becareful what you do at the gym. You need to basically starve yourself because the gym isn't going to shed that kind of weight.

Water aerobics may be a good place for you to start.

My doctor has said it is OK for me to work out. 165 is what the weight chart says but I have been down around 190 a few times and I did not have much of a gut left.
