I think Tolbert will get some of Cam's touchdown carries inside the 5yd line this season.

should; should also take Stewart off the field in option runs, making it less easy to read, maybe even giving Stewart some shots at the pitch; should get a lot of intermediate targets.

What about using Tolbert and Stewart in the same backfield?

oh, definitely. Including the option, but definitely regular sets as well. There are plays that are in our book that Tolbert directly seems made for, in the passing game as well.

The backs ought to stay fresh and it shouuld really show in fourth quarters throughout the season. I hope the offensive line stays healthy and grows into a strength

I'm excited to see how Tolbert is used in the passing game. I don't know that I saw any Chargers games last season, so I have no clue how he amassed the numbers he did. The yards per catch total was really impressive for a back.

Giving Cam another reliable target in the passing game is always a good thing. He should serve as a nice safety valve and perhaps prevent Cam from running as much. We want him to stay healthy and limiting his carries will help that.

My guess is that Stewart will not be here after this season unless DW has significant dip in his numbers and or has a serious injury.

I think Stu stays. We reup guys that are contributers and can stay healthy.

Pep is the only player of significance that ever left us that i can think of.
    And he clearly wanted out.
