I enjoyed the game. I enjoyed the amazing defensive switch up by Belichick. I enjoyed the greatest punting performance in NFL history. I enjoyed the situational chess match at the end prior to the game clinching field goal. I enjoyed the throwback, odd ball nature of a 3-3 Super Bowl in the 4th quarter.

It wasn't a game for the ages by any stretch, but it was nice to have something different for once.

    I agree.

This was a tactical masterpiece, not a case of two shitty teams matching wits. There were some really special things happening in that game. The play by McCourty was freaking amazing.

Announcers do an awful job of highlighting great defensive and special teams plays. If they weren't so lazy and so focused on each team's quarterback, people would be a lot more intrigued by these types of games. The same people who bitch about a 13-3 game are happy to watch a soccer match end in a 0-0 tie.

I love me a good defensive grind. It’s good for you. Puts hair on your fucking balls.

I enjoyed watching a team that thought it was outsmarting the league by putting a safety at linebacker getting run over by Dan Henning's offense.
