Super Bowl LX Running Commentary

Pretty fucking boring.

Thank God that steaming pile of poo is over for another year.

 

Between the game, lack of good commercials and no matter what music you like, this show was boring. Bottom 5 of all Super Bowls.

 

I really don't watch the ads, in fact i try to avoid them. The pringles sabrina carpenter one was the best of what I caught. Simple funny premise done in 30 seconds.

 

Seattle GM John Schneider probably punched his ticket to the HOF. First GM to win two Super Bowls with completely different rosters and coaching staffs. That's an amazing accomplishment in this league.


Darnold is a class act. Happy for him. Also, I'm glad he didn't get MVP by default, as he kept trying to Darnold the Patriots back into this game. Walker is a worthy winner.



Mike MacDonald was nobody's idea of an NFL head coach two years ago. Now every team needing a coach will look for a Mike MacDonald. That defense and Kenneth Walker were the only fun things to watch last night.

*Honorable mention to Christian Gonzalez. That guy single handedly kept Seattle from running away with this game by halftime.


**Second Honorable Mention to Seattle's punter Michael Dickson, who killed multiple New England drives before they even started. In this era of GO FOR 4TH DOWN NOW, it's nice to see a team win a championship by dominating field position. The Seahawks also kicked field goals, which is still an option apparently.


Commercials and half time show sucked, per our usual arrangement for the last 20 years. Boring bullshit all around. I'm kinda over the Super Bowl until the Panthers finally win it.

 

I fell asleep sometime during the second half. Really dull game.

 

Shut it off middle of second quarter....
