    I'm not sure that we have a quarterback contraversy now. If Moore gets in, I don't see this as being any different than Jake replacing Peete.

    You never know what a guy can do when given a chance with some tools to work with. I certainly never though Kyle Orton would be this good. I say bring in some young vets who might have a chance to play well in a new setting. Tavarias Jackscon, Jason Campbell, Kellen Clemmens, Kyle Boller, Chris Simms type guys are going to be out there.

    Campbell and Jackson are the only people on that list with any hope, Clemens had talent around him in NY and failed, Boller sucks, and Simms would be on his 4th pro team he'll be lucky to even be a 3rd QB next year.

    Also, spelling.

    None of these guys are a sure thing. Bring in two of them and draft a guy. Maybe one of them will emerge.

    Didn't pass on that many guys. Flacco really is the only one I can think of, perhaps Henne, and a lot of teams passed on them. Team liked Ryan reportably, but there was no way for us to trade up from #13 to #2 to get him from Atlanta.

    The Lions went 52 years looking for their next guy to replace Bobby Lane, perhaps more if Stafford doesn't work out. They are hard to find.

    If the suckage continues this year we ought to bring Hunter Cantewell up to the active roster and see if he has anything.
