Is it me or is he no where close to what he was last year. Barely got 30 yards against the Saints. Doesn't seem to have an explosive gear anymore. Is this his last year in charlotte?

It's hard to tell because he's had very little chance to gain yards behind the emaciated offensive line. He was beastly against Arizona though. Either way it would be nice to see Fozzy become a little more involved.

Tolbert and TD have lost a step too.

I agree that Tolbert is ridiculously washed up, painful as it is to admit. I do like that he got his Bull in the Flat moment last night.

With our oline I would be hesitant to judge an RB.

I know for certain that in the Rams game, he did extremely well to gain any positive yardage at all. If Artis-Payne was starting that game we would have had -30 yards rushing. Also, the Saints fucking brought it on defense, which is important to be mindful of. They've been improving rapidly on defense lately. They have talent on their defensive line.

With all of that being said, 3.3 yards per carry is fucking shitty regardless. More of Whittaker (4.9 per carry) will probably help us. We need some sort of shot in the arm with the running game.
