Funny how a thread asking to compare 2 backs turns into 'we won't draft an RB in the first'.

I hope we draft one just to watch people flip out.

there's a reason it was brought up, and it wasn't to discuss the relative merits of either player. It was brought up as in "which would you rather draft".

Trade for Tony Romo so we can get Jessica Simpson and Kellie Pickler together?

And we still need a big back and a 7th corner.

the only logical reason I can think of for drafting a RB first is to get the casual fan to give a shit again

Obviously. No way would a football coach think it's the best thing. Impossible.

I hope they draft the cornerback.

    I said "I".

You keep getting upset that others don't think its a good idea while claiming its not what you are suggesting. Why not just say its what you want?

The fuck you know what I want? :MEpmsHL:

I just think it's funny everybody swats it to the ground.

I'd be happy with Williams, Harvey, Clady, Mendehall, Otah, Merling, Cherilus, really anybody but an LB or CB. QB would be unexpected, but hell that'd be fun.

The only reason i would want an RB now would be to nerd-out on the board.

I know ya'll DON'T want it. And I'm not 'upset', I just think it's funny how it gets swatted to the ground as if it's unimagineable.

Seriously though, I think we should draft a big back. Maybe like Mendenhall.

I think I know what you want because you keep bringing it up.

I don't want a first round running back and the team doesn't seem to either considering they have visited pretty much every (if not all) of the top OT prospects and as far as I know none of the top RBs. This while showing interest in some of the later projected backs.
