Nope. Sr. year. Granted, this was one of his better runs...but he had 903 rushing (5.0) per carry with 9 TDs. Also had 36 receptions for another 405 (11.3 average) and another TD.

Not a bad Sr. year. This was against mainly SEC competition with a dogshit offensive line.

I'm saying take him in the 4th or later rounds. Not saying first 3 at all.

Nothing wrong with picking him up later. And yeah, as for the clip, that was flat out wicked shit.

I'd rather not go RB early, as stated above, but if they did...I am changing to Mendenhall.:ninja:

With Toefield on board we could stand to go after a late round back similar to D-Dub.

I'm not a Carolina fan.....but I think I know a good back when I see one and Corey Boyd has always impressed me. Reminds me of Curtis Martin.

Stewart did opt to undergo surgery and, as stated, will miss the next 4-6 months. I'm wondering if he slips to the second round now and if he does, do we take him?

I think Toefield is a bandage for the short term and we need some insurance in case DW is injured. In that instance, lord forbid, we have Toefield, Goings and Hayes...not exactly a recipe for success.

With Stewarts recent surgery many people are prediciting him falling into the 2nd round. While unlikely he'd last to our pick, would he be worth the risk in the 2nd? I'm not for taking a RB on the first day. There is good depth and we could get quality depth in that 3rd or 4th round range.
But Stewart would be pretty good value there if he did fall to the 2nd. Thoughts?

I would come closer to doing it if he fell that far but we really need to come out of the first to rounds with help for the OL and DL.
