    It's old school. Players use to play the game for pride and simply to win.
    Sports has changed. I played 3 games in highschool with a taped up broken ankle, they made me set it in a cast after I completely flipped it and couldn't walk. I removed the cast after 2 weeks and placed it in an air cast so I could still tape it up and play. It's great to see that there are still players like Smith.
