    Gottalaff never lied........he said it would suck if he was out for 8-12 weeks. He never said he was. Hell even Math got the humor in this. :banginghe

    Then I guess I was granting every poster in this forum here more class and football intellect than I should have. Shame on me. This kind of stuff belongs in R&R. If there are different rules for preps, then why not for football (particularly Panthers)? I was looking for serious talk and info., not childish humor and rampant rumor.

    I stand corrected that this is not a serious football discussion place.

    Give it time, once football really starts and there are games to see and discuss, though you'll still get some irrelevent or irreverent comments, you'll also get plenty of football talk. Right now everyone's just bored silly, excited by camp but still craving real live FOOTBALL.

    Man, seriously, if you read some of the threads here you couldn't think it was always serious. Lots of times it's just arguments and name calling, and plenty of childish humor. There's plenty of serious discussion, but not everybody in here is a football guru, although most people think they are. It's just a place to have fun and talk about the Panthers.
