    he came back and hauled in a long pass down the sideline on the next series ... maybe he didn't know he had a concussion at the time, but does show tuffness lacking in some other players and the ability to catch a ball with a broken finger. next to Cam, he's my favorite player this year.

    It was the wrong call, but understandable. Shockey put his hand out and the guy fell down in a way that would have looked like Shockey pushed him down to anyone who didn't have the overhead TV angle.

    Figures Merriweather came from New England. Maybe I'll start a thread "Teams That Like to Hurt You" Like Pittsburgh used to be LOL

    Smith already has more yards and TDs than last year. Newton has more yards now than Clausen had in 10 starts and three relief appearances, and four times the total touchdowns.
