    i'm just tickled that there won't be any talk about the genius of belichick, the admirable and uncomparable manner the pats play as a team, and the unstoppable colts and how smart manning is, for the rest of the playoffs. all this and no iggles in the playoffs either. it's like bonus on top of bonus.

    such a thrill.

    As bad as the Colts have played, I would say all the blame falls on the O line. What a pathetic display of pass protection. And Dungy looks like a spectator.

    I not cool with players overruling coaches, regardless of the result. But it worked.

    Between the bowl games and NFL playoffs, have we ever seen a worse month of officiating?

    Parker was actually a starter at various points, but he had some problems with injuries and also wasn't quite as big as he is now. I also think the offensive line had something to do with it, as Carolina's suspect run blocking favored someone larger who could break tackles rather than a darting speedster.
