it's getting close. Not long now. But in the meantime, to tide you over - I was looking up some history on the Outland Trophy (it's one of the few major prophy winners we haven't had - that and Biletnikoff...) and I stumbled upon John Outland. He was all-american at both tackle and back in consecutive years, one of a very small list to make it at separate positions.
he was later to unsuccessfully coach and then went on to earn a doctorate in medicine and became a major in the army corps of surgeons.

But if your starving football, this story on Fox era promises change will surely get your blood pumping.

Sounds good to me. If we lose I'd like to at least get the feeling that the players and coaches left a 100% effort on the field. That's a feeling I haven't had for a few years. Fox seems like he plans on making sure the opponents have been in a game win or lose.
