I've set up Outlook Express to delete any emails with "drugs" "prescription" and "medication" in the subject line automatically. My deleted items folder is already stuffed. I'm getting 20-30 a day now from those people.

Damn, I thought I was getting a lot of spam; y'all've got me beat.
MSN8 separates it for me. I still take a quick gander at it because I sometimes get a bonifide email deverted to the junk folder.

It works OK, but you need to scan thru it because it will stop legit emails also...
Outlook sends all my junk to the junk mail folder pretty good.. i still have a few slip ups but not enough to worry about...

They are getting smart with ways of getting spam through. Filters block out emails with certain words in them, but this message that looks like jibberish actually looks like the image below in the email I received.
