    neat shots (do you have that superzoom? I shy from those)
    liked mine better though :p
    I really just need to get into a film body and start going with the higher image quality.

    actually it is shot @ 200mm @ 16megapixels. i then zoomed the image and cropped it.

    sorry i had to nikon your sony string.

    this 18-200VR lens is wicked good.

    it isn't a super zoom lens, i'll see if i can find the original. i used picasa to zoom the image to get a look at how well it captured.

    maybe there's a better word for it. If it has to do more than one thing, it's probably not ideal. If it has to do three it's made major compromises.
    I'm just saying, the prime you have might not offer flexibility, but that's a much better lens.

    actually this 18-200mm nikon lens is one of the best they have ever made. it has the ability to replace every lens in your bag except a super wide angle.

    When I get home I am going to sell my 18-105 and 55-200 and replace it with that 18-200. I'll probably keep my 35 but not sure why, I never use it.

    I don't get how you guys have interchangeable lens cameras and turn them into point and shoots, but to each their own.
