You were in chat, sure. I don't remember you posting there. It being my board and all, I think I would remember that, but that doesn't make it in stone. I don't remember you at all in 2002. I know, for certain, that you and I argued over Steve Smith on charlotte.com after the draft.

But yeah, maybe we could find something more semantic to argue about than this, which is about ten levels down in stupidity and in thirdhand remembrance.

    Here's a refresh:
Remember how I posted in the Lair prior to the 2001 season that I predicted us to go 4-12, but that I was being generous because I really didn't see how we could win more than 2 games? By that point I had already given up on Charlotte.com and only went there when I felt the urge to bash some brains in.

I don't remember that. If you say you were there, sure. I believe you. I know you weren't a dick over there until 03, and don't remember you anywhere in 02.

I know for certain that you and I argued over what I've said we argued over, at charlotte.com, not at the Lair. Meat added to that. I specifically remember wondering what the fuck you meant by "injury history" when he'd had one injury, albeit a somewhat major one. But I also remember you being as hellbent on bitching about Michael Bates as anything, in reference to Smitty.

Wrong. We argued about it at both places, but moreso at the Lair because, as mentioned, Charlotte was already turd central by that time.

    Huh.
You sure did go from a spot of not really remembering, to absolute certainty, quickly. I don't remember you at the Lair, but I remember you showing up around draft time every year nonetheless. But yeah, this being the side point of a side point, of a sematic worthless point to begin with, people still remember us having this converstation. [IMG]

I agree that it's stupid, but I was at the Lair quite a bit during that whole era. It's where we had most of our Seifert spats, and I'm sure more than a few people must remember that prediction about not seeing how we could win more than 2 games that season.

I remember a lot of them after 2002 started, but I don't remember you in 01 out there.

Maybe I've blocked it. I spent most of that season on the road on weekends and working on senior projects, so that's possible. But yeah, this argument happened on charlotte.com, I know that.

As for the predictions, I dunno. I don't remember that. I remember you posting your Peppers v/s Sims thoughts about every five minutes in TBR chat in 02, and I'm certain you were around each draft.

No, it didn't. You already conceded the fact that I was in the Lair's chat at that point. Why would I not have talked about it at the Lair afterwards?

This argument happened at charlotte.com. Steveophone. Meat does not and never has posted at the Lair. I specifically remember it being there.

I'm sure you bitched at me anywhere you could, but this argument happened there. [IMG]whether it happened anywhere else, fuck if I know. Could you get upset over anything more pointless?

Could you perhaps stop telling me where I did and did not post four years ago?
