Damn near becoming my favorite all time panther. I hated him when we picked him, too.

He's a top 5 recevier in the league.

    Harrison

was asking myself the same question about top 10. I love that guy. I was sold when he took the season opening kickoff at Minnesota for a TD his rookie season.

when the mic's were on him today , right before the TD he was fired the hell up

I'm not much for ranking players. All I know is that he is our MVP, without question.

He is the only reason we have 3 wins. And I mean only. Although Davis still looks good, just a bit older and a little timid. I'm sure he'll hit his speed soon.

He's carried this O. Teams gameplan for him, and he's still producing.

And he still feels disrespected and still tries to prove himself.

On his first touchdown: The first time we did it, I ran over the corner, just trying to let him know I can be physical despite my size. The next play I came right at him to make him think I was going to run him over, and then took off.

Smitty's the man. He's the Panthers version of Full Throttle.

I noticed that during the game, and said that was exactly what he meant to do. Great set-up, and I liked the attitude.

I was aghast at his drafting, although I think all of us were to a greater or lesser extent (some will claim that they weren't, but no one defended the pick back then no matter what they say now), and I wanted him gone after the punching incident too. I still don't think he deserves to be with us because of that, and he wouldn't be on my team, but I give him an enormous amount of credit for being 1000 times better as a receiver than I ever thought he would be.
