Skipping meals when dieting

    Starving yourself just causes your muscles to atrophy.



    You'll just be fat with no muscle base (causes your internal muscles to atrophy as well.)

    It always seems to work for me, but it is a lot easier for me to gain the weight back if I do this. I try to skip dinner most of the time though so my body won't end up sleeping on a lot of excess calories.

    When your caloric intake exceeds your caloric output, you gain weight. The inverse is true as well. That's a simple guideline to follow. "Diets" are the credit cards of weight loss.

    The only thing that has ever worked for me is Low Carb. You can eat all you want of like 2 of your favorite things but it does work.
