Yes to both of you guys. TF sucks, his alternate identity sucks too. Fuck both of them, and all Cowbow fans.

I was glad to see Washington get in because they're playing football. It probably won't matter anyway, but as the #5 seed you want the best #6 team possible to get in in hopes that the wreak havoc with the rest of the playoff tree since you can't meet them anyway unless you both get to the NFC Championship game. Hopefully we beat New York and Washington beats Tampa Bay, then we pull out a close one against Chicago while the Redskins lose a very physical contest against the Seahawks that gives us a decent shot of pulling the upset the following week.

Heck if we're gonna go that far I'd rather Washington beat Seattle and have to play us here in the NFC championship.

True. And upon further consideration, it might be better if Tampa beats Washington so that we play the Seahawks rather than the Bears in Chicago. Whether or not we have a better chance of winning that game, I imagine we'd come out of it in better shape than we would a physical contest against the Bears.

So if we win, we might NOT have to play in Chicago? I thought the winner of the 3/5 game had to play the #2 seed.

    Wild Card Round:
    #3 vs. #6
    #4 vs. #5

    Divisional Round:
#1 vs. lowest remaining seed (#6 or #4/#5 winner)
#2 vs. other seed (#3 or #4/#5 winner)

So if we beat the Giants and Tampa beats Washington, we would play the Seahawks in the divisional round (that scenario played out in the AFC in 2003 when #5 Tennessee beat #4 Baltimore and then played #1 New England).

Cool - I was thinking Tampa was the 4 and NY was the 3. I'd much rather play in Seattle than Chicago, but then there's no chance of a home game, so I guess I'll wait to see if we win and who wins the Tampa game to decide who to pull for the following week. I think I'd rather play NY, Chi and then the Skins at home. Just hope we play better against Chicago than last time and it's not too freaking cold.

I think we're gonna beat the Giants.
