    I mean, he may or may not have enough left, and he's got issues. But if you want a good TE you have to look at them.

    I'd think Shockey would sign with us if we made him an offer but since there's still no CBA, I doubt we will make him an offer.

    depends on for how long and how much. Anything less than the vet minimum would be overpaying at this point, I think. He hasn't been healthy in years. I think ideally, he's to the TE's what we need with a QB -- a guy who has been there before, done it, and could do it until the NEW guy we get can do it better.
