    the last few years he's been a stream of off the field issues, injuries, contract issues, and poor play. They decided he wasn't going to help anymore this year so decided to cut bait.

    Have the Chargers shed some talent over the past few years or what? Looks like they let LT go too soon now that he is tearing it up for the Jets. Vincent Jackson probably will never play for them again. Michael Turner is doing well in Atlanta. Drew Brees is kinda good too.

    Going from a crappy run blocking line to one of the best in the league will do wonders, LT's bitchy sense of entitlement about wanting more carries as his play declined probably didn't help his case either.

    Did his play really decline or did the Charger's OL decline? Anyway you could form a pretty solid team with guys who have left the Chargers in the past few years.
