Seattle vs ...who?

You realize that when divisional teams play each other that someone is going to lose, right? And you realize that Seattle beating several of those teams twice in that period skews the overall win/loss total, right? That is not a weak schedule that Seattle played. It's much better than what the Panthers faced during the same span.

 

Yeah. I get that. But Arizona was terrible with Lindley at QB. You can't dispute that. One of the games they won was against St Louis, and neither team scored a TD. St Louis was pretty bad with Hill in there too. Two of their late wins on the season came against Oakland and Washington. Two of San Fran's wins late in the year were against Arizona (who was terrible) and Washington. They also lost pretty handily against Oakland.

Seattle beat one playoff team since the game against Carolina. Arizona (did I mention they were terrible?). I won't dispute that their schedule was better than ours the last four or five weeks of the season. But that's just not saying much.

Seattle is on a helluva run the last half of the season. But much like Carolina the last five weeks, they have feasted on teams that were not playing very good football either.

 

God damn, just play the fucking game. Jesus Christ.
