For all the talk of the NFCS being shitty, and the Panthers lucking their way into the playoffs... Since the Seahawks beat the Panthers Oct 26th. (by 4..)they have played>

    Raiders - win
    Giants - win
    Chiefs - loss
    Cardinals - win
    49ers - win
    Eagles - win
    49ers - win
    Cardinals - win

That's too logical. You ignore the fact that Seattle is the greatest team in the history of the NFL. So we really have no shot. No shot at all.

I must be missing something because that list looks like some pretty good teams. Oakland is shit, but the Rams are frisky and the Giants were better towards the end of the season.

The Giants were in the middle of a five game losing streak (seattle was #2), including a loss to Jacksonville. Arizona struggled down the stretch, losing five of seven. San Fran struggled down the stretch, losing four of seven. St Louis (while frisky) still went 6-10 and lost four of their last seven. Philly was probably the best of the group, and they only won four of their last seven. Oakland, as you said, is shit.

Make no mistake. Seattle is a damn good team. And it is a tall order to go into that place and win. We'll have to play great and get a break or two go our way...but it can be done.

I wouldn't under rate a few of those teams either. A lot depends on when and where they played.

Either way the game is tomorrow and right now Seattle is firing on all cylinders, defending champs who totally embarrassed Fox and Manning at a neutral site. The game is at their house.

We lost our big boy inside, in a game that he was really needed. I know winning is possible but it would be a surprise.

btw, anyone wants to spend a few minutes watching the TD interview on Panthers.com won't be wasting their time.
