you yourself said a guy that had a .12 BA level could barely talk. If Saurbrun was at a .19 Who's to say he even knew what was going on at that point. He live two blocks away right? Who says he didn't walk home and THEN got in his car, not knowing WTF was going on. That's my point is that he was so drunk we wasn't even aware of his actions. To say he was wrong for drinking is hypocritical of anyone on this board. My point is he made a mistake and should be held responsible for it, BUT to not be willing to let the man try to fix his mistakes is a mistake in itself.

I would argue he was always as critcal in punt and kickoff coverage as Sauerbrew is/has been in his department. It's always a team effort, IMHO.

Well, while all the folks from the Better Americans Club are on their pulpits, let's go ahead a cut a few others:

    **Muhammad (Guns and Weed)
    **Smitty (Assault)
    **Brzeznski (Theft....paycheck)

Funny how some pick their battles.

I say we let the courts punish him. I don't remember Todd being in legal trouble since he signed here. But, I may be wrong. I dunno. Time will tell....I say we just trust the same people (Fox, Hurney, JR) that have brought us a wealth of good fortune as fans for the last two years. Hell, if the American people can trust President Bush and support him through right and wrong, I can do the same for a fucking football team and its administrators.

it is more the “moral character” thing brought on by Richardson due to the rae rae incident. Which has a lot to do with why terry and cooper are gone.

I’ve heard stories of todd being a total prick in restaurants and bars…he is another cooper, just slowly hanging himself and either too stupid or too arrogant (or both) to care.

I’d imagine doing 65 in a 35 with a BAL of .19 should be enough for a few days in the klink.

People who disapprove of anyone expressing anger over TS Coop or anyone elses stupidity should wait until they have had a friend or family member maimed or killed by one of these selfish idiotic pricks before they toss in their myopic remarks.

I wonder why the police chief said at the presser that he was released.
