    That is exactly the point I understood you to make. My argument is that the 'did not know what you were doing' argument is pointless IMHO to the point it should never be brought up. Unless a band of Gramaticas kidnapped him, tied him up and poured gallons of Quilms beer down his throat for hours on end then the deal is that he commited a crime and engandered lives. Period, end of sentence. Nothing else matters after that is said.

    as to all the comments about .19 being knee crawling drunk that isn't necessarily so.

    It all depends on the individual. Some people can blow that and you would never know they were drunk otherwise.

    Not making excuses for him - just saying that you can't correlate blood alcohol content with how someone carries themself.

    Totally agree....

    Remember, folks.....Cooper was arrested two days after our win @ Tampa last season. Granted, it was the bye week......but did we go and slump? Nah....just reeled off three more consecutive wins....ironically, three in a row now should get us in the playoffs.

    It's not a plus by any means. And what he did is not right. But let's calm down a little guys.
