While I agree its wrong who's to say he was sober enough at that point to decide whether he should be driving. At that point he's 3 sheets and SOMEONE else should have stopped him.

Perhaps we need to have another government agency with agents who monitor for drunks and take away thier keys when they cannot think on thier own.

Man, Todd made the choice here. No reason to deflect blame to anyone but Todd. He says he is Hall of Fame material. He says he is better than Ray Guy. I think he is just a short man with a temper who is still pissed off he cannot play linebacker in the NFL. He makes tons of cash and has his uptown pimp suite. Why did he even have his car down the street from the hotel? Why did he not get a limo to go cruise for chicks after the party. He clearly did not think about anyone outside of himself BEFORE the first drink so he owns the responsbility here from end to end...

I don't think that your weight does not matter when it comes to blood alcohol levels.

We did breathalzer tests at a tailgate a couple of weeks ago courtesy of our CMPD members and I weigh in at 290 and blew a .08 and was lucid, but not really in any condition to drive.

Another guy who is 250 and 6'4" blew a .13 and he had to be assisted in walking.

Another guy who was about 200lbs and 6'0" blew a .12 and he could not speak

So please, Todd was freaking blown out of his mind

I saw Todd last night at Tavern on the Tracks. I was there for dinner at 6:30 and was there until 7:30. I'm in there approximately three or four times a week for lunch and or dinner, and I see Todd about 80 percent of those times. He may have even bought into part of the resturant. Anyway, at 6:30, he was behind the bar grabbing Coors Lights by the half dozen, taking them to a nearby table, and keeping one to himself every time.

In unrelated news I saw Pep at the Mini Villager gas station next to Vinnies at 9:50 last night. He went in and bough two orange Fanta's. He didn't appear to be headed to a party.

I'm not deflecting blame... he did it... all I'm saying is that he may have been drunk to the point he didn't know what he was doing was wrong.
