    He already is. Notice that anytime the team starts having success the HC leaves. Jimmy Johnson left after rebuilding a shitty team (fuck Barry Switzer, he was on a ride from Johnson's players) and then Bill Parcell's takes off after he resurrects the Cowgirlz (after Jerry Jones and his HC flunkies run the team in the ground). See a pattern there?

    Certainly think that's already true. Garrett's worked out well for them, but he forced Garrett on the head coach. He was hired before the head coach was. That undermines the head coach and certainly, you're seeing evidence of that now.

    Cowboys hired Hudson Houck away from the Dolphins, Dolphins hired Todd Bowles away from Cowboys.

    And Dolphins named Mike Maser as OL coach
