i didn't necessarily mean qbs get hurt on read option plays, just more that qbs who live by the RO, often can be out due to their stature for that as a necessity to run that type of O. they also tend to break a pass play much quicker knowing they can get more with their legs instead of taking a sack or sliding more when they should.

I do like how Seattle runs their offense tho (and not just because I'm a wilson fan). the RO wasn't a staple in either of his offenses in college. but when they do run them, they were/are effective many times. let's just say, the RO as a staple is more of a fad than putting it in some, kinda like the wildcat- but used moreso than that of course.

i liked the offense the panthers ran yesterday

It did amuse me that NFL people finally realized "hey, let's defend the read-option by knocking the shit out of the QB every time until they stop running it) when we'd been saying that forever, followed by Jim Harbaugh having a hissy fit over it.

Look at that poor white father. Smiling, sure, but look beyond that. Look at his eyes. He's an emasculated man, suffering with the fact that RG3 doesn't truly give a fuck about him and his family, other than deep dicking his daughters which he does on Tuesday nights after film session.
