Couldn't tell you. Remember Brockermeyer and Ryan Young being the only OTs of any worth, and they're both hurt a ton. Guess there's always Vaughn Parker.

I was there so I have a first hand eye witness report for you guys.

Tutan was carted off after laying on the field for a while. He had an ice bag on his ankle and a smaller one on his knee. He did get up and walk on it after he was hurt but he was limping a bit.

Matt Willig rode off the field on the cart with Tutan but he was sitting upright and I got the impression he was trying to be supportiive for Tutan more than anything.

Moose rode off on the cart but he too was sitting up front and did not seem hurt.

Cooper was holding his fingers and seemed to be in a lot of pain. Some said they over heard him say that he thought he might have broken some fingers trying to catch a ball.

I caught Dan Henning along the fence line and asked him if he had any idea about Reyes. He told me that "He is alright" He kinda said it in a bit of an sacastic sounding voice so I am not sure what to make of that.

On the non injury front, Brad Hoover is a really cool dude. People were giving him a hard time about the lance my pants commercial, even a ref did. He was cool about it though and told me that they were just jealous. Jake is cool and even went out of his way to sign for me.

Thelt...thanks for the report. It sounds very optimistic on all counts except Cooper. However, I think he would still be a beast on ST with broken fingers. We'll cross our fingers hoping Reyes will be ok.

Cooper must have done it late in practice after I had slid on down the fence line for autographs. He was walking off by himself and was not on the cart but he was holding those fingers and was in a lot of pain. I image he could still play with a brace or somethign on those fingers. He probably would not be able to catch much but he could still play on special teams I would think.

All the players are bigger when you are standing next to them but Willig is one big guy.

I think Coop can play S with broken fingers too. He makes the team even if he misses the rest of preseason. Fingers usually heal quickly, so they might not be an issue by Game 1.

I guess we see Tylski and Brezinski side by side for 3 Q Sat if they sit Reyes for caution. That should give them an answer, even though I think they already have the answer. If Willig sits, I'd like to see Tuten anyway. I think he looks OK when he's played. I think he could outplay Brez at G too.

I need to stay away from Spartanburg. The last time I went was right before the 2001 season when we went 1-15.
