    That's the thing with a HC job in the NFL. They are few and far between. This can't be looked at as a regular position where one can just pack their bags if something doesn't go your way. You've got staff and players that look to you to tell them what to do and when to do it.
    I don't see Reich as the type of person to quit on the people that counted on him.
    Reich is the scape goat in this and the main person at fault I hope will learn a lesson with this.
    Stay out of the way and let the professionals try to do their job.
    It ain't your toy when human lives and whole careers are on the line.

    There will be several coaching vacancies at the end of the season. No young up and comer will take it.
