He blew a 0.006 and the legal limit is 0.008. This is what I hate about DWI laws. There is too much subjectiveness allowed. If the guy was below the limit then give him and underage possession and move on. Someone is trying to use his celebrity to make a statement.

Hell no, he'll get off. He wasn't even over the limit. It was a judgement call by the cop. A good lawyer will have that cop crying for his momma. Don't get me wrong I am not trying to excuse what he did. But two beers will get most people to a .006. If you want to have a limit abide by it. If not everything should just be a judgement call.
