That was part of the interview, and part that Reznor seems to have conveniently ignored. I'm sure Moss isn't the only player ever to be so frustrated at a bad loss (Redskins game) that he may, at that time, not have cared whether or not his team had qualified for the postseason. How many times has a player said, in effect (especially if his team backs into the playoffs), that they "really don't deserve to be there"? That's how I interpreted his comments. Was it stupid to walk off the field? Sure. But llok how things played out. If Moss didn't care, would he have been out there playing on one leg? And despite what Reznor says, he never said that he didn't think Tice should be coach. Amazing what you can come up with when you pick bits and pieces out of an interview or let your opinion be formed by a few loud-mouthed self-righteous TV commentators.

I formed my own opinion, Moss said he didn't care what Matt Birk said or did, and he didn't sound supportive of his coach. My opinion of Moss was formed long before the shit he did the past 2 weeks. Sorry, but I'm not some fucking drone. I didn't get the impression that Moss had Tice's back at all. I'm going to go on words, not reading between the lines of some jackass thug.

"Defenses don't frustrate me.. My team frustrates me."

If you guys want to defend a jackass thug who thinks he's above his team, above the NFL, and above the law, then by all means, go for it. I choose not to, and it's certainly not because the media has formed my opinion.

I am not defending Moss. He is an idiot. I just think that if you get all outraged and worked up you are doing just what he and the media want you to do. If people quit letting him get to them then he will stop. Creating a stir over this is only encouraging him to do it again. And besides he did not really pull his pants down. If he had I might feel differently.

Once again, my thoughts on Moss have nothing to do with the celebration, as I've stated repeatedly. In fact, I laughed when he did it, and after hearing about the GB fans mooning the buses, it's even funnier. I don't care how he celebrates, it's the Leon shit that I hate.

Moss is an idiot and I do not care for him either but I am not going to let anything he does get me worked up or distract me from the games. He is an attention hog just like Deion Sanders was before him. If he played for the Panthers it might be different. I still hope he has four TDs this week so the Vikings beat the Eagles.

Just like our own Brentson Buckner? I would venture to say that he's our resident "Media/Attention Hog" on the team.

Yea I would agree with that but Buckner is not as bad as Moss. I do not particularly care for Buckner either though.

I think Buckner is trying to line up a broadcasting job. Moss is just in need of constant attention for its own sake.

Yeah, I don't remember Buck running over traffic cops or mooning people, but I DO remember him bitching about all of the Vick jerseys in the stands when we played Vicklanta.

And I do agree about him trying to line up a TV job. He was on the NFL network ALL OF THE TIME during the off-season last year after our SB run. If he retires like he says that he might, I look for him to do a Michael Irvin or a Deion Sanders and end up on one of those pregame/postgame shows on TV.

That's what made what Joe Buck said after he did it all that much funnier to me.
