It would take alot less to ignore it then it would to talk about how much it bothers you.

 

Carefully read every post I've made in this thread. I haven't said shit about the celebrations. In fact, I started this thread about 4 hours before Moss ever took the field.

 

if you don't watch football to get involved in all of the subplots then you aren't doing a very good job considering you've already gotten involved with two of them in one thread that you started :xyzthumbs

 

sure, I watch to get involved in the subplots, but it's not like that's the only reason I watch, thus driving up ratings, like Thelt implied. I'm going to watch anyway, no matter what dumbshit Moss and TO end up doing. I'm indifferent about the celebrations, most of them are pretty damn funny. My main issue with Moss is how he doesn't give a shit about his team. I couldn't possibly care less what kind of celebration he does, whether it makes me laugh or roll my eyes.


This shit right here is what I have a problem with, and the earlier ESPN interview where he said he didn't care what Matt Birk said, and that Mike Tice probably wasn't the right coach for the job.



Jimmy: "What were you thinking about when you walked off the field last week? I know there was one shot in a million, but you did have one shot in a million."



Moss: "That is where the frustration part set in. For the second year in a row we controlled our own destiny and we failed."



Jimmy: "Were you thinking at that time that you were out of the playoffs?"

Moss: "At that time I really didn't care."

 

And Tice said the Packer fans were doing worse.


Agreeing with Thelt, weird.


That said, TO's celebrations are still funnier.

 

If those stupid t.v. bastards was that concerned about it why didn't they just use the 7 second air delay? They need to get over it.

 

I don't see what the big deal is. Packer fans have ACTUALLY mooned other teams buses when the Pack won. Sounds like a bunch of cry babies after their team lost

 

I was indifferant to Moss but I think I actually like him now.

 

Everyone blowing up about the Tice quotes probably is getting sucked in by the spin, or spinning it themselves. It's all way out of context. I saw it. The point he was trying to make was that he had Tice's back.

"I don't know if Tice is the right coach for this team, and I don't know if he's not the right coach...etc..but I got his back" is more how it really was. It damn sure wasn't "Tice ain't the right coach for this team".


I'm sure the clip must be all over the internet if anyone wants to see exactly what he said.

Okay, mooning: don't care for it, but big deal. I don't have kids, though. If I had a bunch of kids and they started mooning each other and everybody else because they saw Moss do it, I'd be pissed at him. Or if I was a GB fan, or if he did it to Panther fans, I'd be pissed.
