Quick question about Kevin Garnett

Was he ever offered a scholarship to UNC? Matter of fact what school did give him an offer for a full ride even though he was struggling to qualify?

The interview was funny as hell IMO. But the REAL reason the Timberwolves won't make it out the 1st round is MANAGEMNT. I'm sorry but when you loose your first round draft pick for 5 years that automatically cripples your franchise.

The franchise was crippled anyway by Kev's contract (See also J. Howard - Wash Wiz a few years back). We were sort of talking about this over in another thread in discussing what's wrong with the NBA. No sacrifice. Me, me, me.

Yes, Kevin McHale ain't no genius - - but anyone who is making as much as Garnett is making and then complains that he has no one around him to help should shut the hell up in my opinion. Who else are you going to get with the type of money the T'wolves have to offer now? I don't remember Kevin uttering the words "If it means I can WIN more, I'd actually give up some money." Ever. When I see that happen, then I'll laugh at his interview. Right now, he sounds like one sorry you-know-what.
