Carr is going to the Texans. Bank on that. Will Carolina stay at #2 and select Peppers is the next question. I still believe they will, but there is always the chance Detroit would move up to grab him. Really, when all things are considered - Detroit really could use a Jammer as much as Carolina. Why would Detroit give up very high early picks to move up one spot when a high quality guy is going to be there at a need position for them? Answer is, they won't. If they go with Harrington - so be it, won't really change our pick. If the Panthers want Peppers - they are going to get him. Personally I love it and picking Julius will "breath life into the franchise" as Richardson had hoped this offseason.
