    My first reaction as well. If they want to bring him on staff, that's great, but have him learn from someone with experience.

    The article did say he's been approached in the past by 2 teams (unnamed) for the same type of poisition and declined. This time he interviewed, so while he may be set, sounds like he's interested - along with the fact it also says he's been itching to get back to the NFL fulltime.
