    Owners meetings starting Sunday. They announce the pics at the meetings, prob by Monday we should know.

    speaking of compensatory picks:
    *do re-signs count? i.e., Brayton? I would assume not.
    *what about untendered RFAs? We've signed three, one our own.
    *what about cut players? I've read these don't count.
