I think he looked like Walt Jr out there. It's not all Cam's fault, but Seattle's OC was pretty shitty too and Wilson found ways to overcome it. That's why he's a winner and Cam is a 13-20 loser.

It would be a positive if he is ok. Though it didn't sound good. Any word on him?

I won't dispute that Wilson has intangibles Newton doesn't. But Seattle's OC went deep quite often. Even if Wilson couldn't get it out there, their receivers were stretching the field constantly. That's something we didn't do.

If Williams doesn't fumble, we're singing a different song.

Ultimately, like you said, Newton is 13-20, and Rivera is 2-13 in close games, so as was said plenty of times before, it is what it is.

But this game wasn't Cam's fault.

Notice how you're the only one here arguing that. Everyone else disagrees with you, and it's because what you're arguing is clearly wrong.

See, it's comments like this that make it so hard to interact with you because you're so deeply, deeply stupid. The majority of Carolina's pass plays today had at least someone running deep. I'm ok with Cam checking it down and not forcing things into coverage, but you can't say such idiotic things and expect anyone to see you as something other than an idiot.

I can't say that I'm too upset about the loss. Seattle is a damn good team and we gave them a solid tussle. If we lose in Buffalo next week, I'll be pissed. But for this one, there's some things to feel ok about.

And that the offense could punch it in from the 7 or wherever it was that he got tackled.

I suggest actually watching the game, instead of trying to run a chat board, champ.

Until then, I suggest you shut the fuck up, lest one day I do it for you.

I like Cam Newton as our QB but even he admitted in his post game interview that there were guys open down field and it was his fault for not making the pass.
