    Yet the draw isn't enough to get EB a top job yet. He started with the Chiefs in2013. Was named OC in 2018 and has had interviews for HC, but no takers.
    I wonder what is driving employers away.

    Bad timing. The Chiefs have played in the AFC Championship or Super Bowl every year since 2018.
