    I go decaf too, A&W rootbeer and 7UP mostly. I still have to watch it because the sugar will keep my brain from going to sleep when I want.

    Aspartame is the devil...I try and avoid it where possible - but that's a very good link.

    I tend to only drink soft drinks when I'm in the States and splurge on Dr Pepper. We can get it here, but it's nicer when you're on your hols and want to indulge :chinese:.

    I don't like DP myself, but if I want to indulge and I'm on vacation, I'm drinking alcohol, in some form. Might have a Coke or Pepsi in the morning. But after 12:00 p.m., it's beer or liquor.
