    Peppers' training regimen is interesting. I've never seen anything quite like it. The movement and drills make a lot of sense, though, especially for his body type and game.

    I'm glad to see Jerry Simmons no where NEAR Pep's workouts! :clap: Simmons would end up screwing up Pep. I personally think JS is one of the worse S&C coaches.

    I'm glad Pep is on our team. I love him and love his work attitude/ethic.
