Three Carolina Panthers are going to the Pro Bowl.

Defensive end Julius Peppers, wide receiver Steve Smith and defensive tackle Kris Jenkins each will make their third trip to the NFL’s all-star game in Hawaii in February. Peppers has made three straight Pro Bowls. Jenkins returned to the all-star team after missing most of the last two seasons. Smith also made the Pro Bowl last year and as a return man as a rookie in 2001.

The complete rosters for the NFC and AFC will be announced today at 4 p.m. on the NFL Network and NFL.com. The teams were selected through voting by fans, players and coaches.

How did Jenkins make it? Other than staying healthy all year what has he done? It must be a down year for DTs in the NFC.

I'd guess McBriar as the punter, and Gould or Wilkins as the K.

I was hoping we would draft him when he came out, looks like I was right about him. Too bad he went one pick ahead of us.

I thought that was kind of silly. He has played half a season and got to the probowl?
