$50 mil is high on what I figured...I assumed about $45 mil but if they're counting incentives then that's about right.

That's gotta be the stick right now.
I'd presume that's part of the reason the bonus is so high - and I'd be willing to bet that years 6 and 7 are pretty huge on Pepp's deal.
