Just watched the first 3 quarters, that's what did us in.

Foster actually fumbled twice - only lost one.

Yeah moon. We actually played well except there.

Hey Collin - There was a play in the 1st quarter where Bridges lined up at LT - a foster run. Can you tell what the rest of the OL was? It looked almost like we had no RT - just Center, Mathis, TE.

It was wierd. Gained some yards, though.

we did get flagged at one point for illegal formation, Fordham being uncovered, so maybe we tried something unbalanced.

Hope not, I think we can cut the cutesy shit for a while.

We ran that play in the first game with Gross and Wharton lined up on the left side.

Why not a little power play?

And what's wrong with an unbalanced line every once in awhile? It was good enough for Choo-Choo Justice and Ace Parker and General Neyland's Student Body Right;) and Lenoir Rhyne, wasn't it?

Seriously, the single wing and unbalanced line with both tackles on one side was an effective force in football for many, many years. Remember, there wasn't even a split end in existence (well, the wingback in the single wing was sort of a split end) until Army's "lonesome end" in the early 50s. That player was a gentleman named Bill Carpenter, who later as a combat officer had to call in napalm on his own forces in a war to be named later. The big story back then was how in the world did Carpenter, who never came into the huddle, know what plays to run. Times do change, don't they?

Haven't gotten to that yet as I just started my review, but I did notice that Keyshawn's touchdown was due entirely to Ronde Barber inexplicably blowing the coverage. It's downright odd, really.

what's wrong with it? People are clamoring for us to have some cohesiveness along the OL, we don't execute more basic plays half the time, and so on.
