    Start with a sirloin and grind it yourself. Then add some worcestershire and some deli or dijon mustard to the ground beef. Try whatever you think you may like just don't add too much and let it sit for an hour then make the patties loosely and don't work them too much. I like to grill them slowly over indirect heat as not to over char them.

    Try putting chopped bacon in the patty and/or cheddar and or minced onion.

    I had a vision yestereay of somehow incorporating chilli seasonings into the ground beef :drool:

    Sure, but you are slighly more likely to get shot if you do.

    They take ground beef and cook it on a flat top, it doesn't take Bobbie Flay to do better.

    Actually it is fresh ground beef [never frozen] pattied that morning ,and in the stores before 10:
    Then its cooked on a gas char grill With ceremic burners and 4 grill grates cleaned nightly

    On your homemade Burgers mix in 1 egg and if you add chili season add a pinch of cummin
