Panthers vs. Rams Running Commentary 9/9/07

I wonder if that's a career ender. I think he was already considering retirement.

 

It looked like there was no contact - he just moved or tensed in some way that it "spontaneously tore".

 

Rams Looking for a new Stadium Already ? ? ? ?

In the Observer game notes, it was noted by Scott Fowler (?) that some folks in St. Louis are wanting to building a new football stadium to replace the Edward Jones Dome. I mean, WTF ? ? ? ? That stadium is only 10 years old; Georgia Frontiere (who is a St. Louis native) moved the team there from LA on the premise that she was going to make so much money off of club seats/sky box sales. How can a relatively new stadium (with all of the money making amenities in them) be financially obsolete already?

Hmmmmmm, maybe she's angling to move the team back to Los Angeles . . . . . . LA is still working on getting the NFL back to town (the league wants a new stadium next to Dodger Stadium vs. a refurbished LA Coliseum)
