Cam has options to throw shorter routes, but he wants to go for the homerun every time. I put this on him.

You think he ignores primary in favor of the homerun? Seems like people would reign him in if he did that consistently. But then, they've painted themselves into a corner in terms of putting him in his place. Already given him the keys and no curfew.

 

I see your point. All I know is that Steve Smith seemed wide open on 4th down across the middle and Cam didn't even look in his direction. I would have to think that was his primary.

 

This has to be the most frustrated I've been with the panthers all year. You could see them letting up late in the first half when they had a minute and some left and seemingly didn't try for shit, and then the second half crap effort. If cam hates losing so much how about going through your progressions and pass to a wide open Shockey. Instead of whomever pre Mare fucked up fg. Mare, that fucking vegetable picking sob needs to be gone NOW ! This is twice this cock sucking as swipe has cost us a potential win. Fuck him I want him gone ASAP

 

Yeah, Mare sucks. I wanted him cut the first time (drunk and reactionary, but visionary at the same time).

But if he'd have made the FG, we'd only have been down by six after the Falcons ran a couple of more plays.

Steve was probably the decoy designed to draw coverage away from Naanee. Cam pretty rarely throws to anyone except the primary read. Actually I don't know that to be true, it's just an educated guess on my part.
